Acknowledgments

I dedicate my work to all my beautiful friends and family. I would not have been able to write any of this without the experiences, knowledge of culture and religion, and the beautifully accepting nature of all those I have met around the world. I could not have done it without any of you, and I am eternally grateful for your love and support, and for the knowledge I have gained from each and every one of you.

I would also like to acknowledge that I have included some very strange concepts within this book; however, none of them are intended to relate to or represent anyone’s religion. I took an unbiased approach to beliefs because my friends and family come from many different religions and traditions. Although gods and theology are mentioned throughout the story, none are presented as being inherently right or wrong. Instead, I wished to acknowledge the power of good energy and love that is emitted by the incredible people I have been fortunate enough to know.

I would like to acknowledge the hard work of my editor, Sarah Pearce. I am endlessly grateful for all your corrections, opinions, and comments on every part of the story. About the Author

From the Aussie bushland, to the eastern coast, all the way to the southern parts of Australia that Alejandra claims are a desert (they’re actually just more bushland), Australia is where Alejandra grew up. Alongside this, and after many years of learning various languages, cultures, and histories from around the world, she has created this story using all of that knowledge for you, the reader, to experience.

When Alejandra isn’t complaining about having four seasons in one day, she can often be found drinking far too much tea or in her garden, attempting to stop her three dogs from eating dirt and her freshly planted seedlings.

In her spare time, she studies languages to continue improving herself and her skills, helping to bring the stories she writes to life.
